Dickinson Insurance Agency is looking for an experienced, motivated Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position for the right person who enjoys helping people, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced insurance environment.

What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with our existing customers and help provide the high level of service they expect from our agency.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional service to existing customers
• Answering policy, billing, coverage, and general insurance questions
• Processing policy changes and customer requests
• Reviewing accounts and identifying coverage needs
• Helping customers understand their policies and available options
• Assisting with retention and resolving customer concerns
• Cross-selling and identifying opportunities to better protect our customers
• Documenting customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
• Working closely with our sales and service teams to provide a seamless customer experience

What We're Looking For:

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• Previous insurance agency or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple customers and priorities throughout the day
• Comfortable working with insurance software and technology
• Dependable, professional, positive, and team-oriented
• Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need to be micromanaged
