This hybrid desk position involves handling quoting, requotes, renewals, and day-to-day client services, with complete training provided on our core systems.Job Overview Role:

No prior insurance experience required; complete training provided. What You Will Do Manage requotes and renewals and submitting information directly to carrier portals. Generate quotes for new business across both personal lines (home, auto) and commercial lines (business liability, property). Utilize our HawkSoft Agency Management System (AMS) to accurately document interactions, update client policy files, and track workflows. Act as the primary point of contact for client questions via phone, email, and office walk-ins. Process everyday client service requests including policy endorsements, billing changes, and issuing certificates of insurance. What We Are Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills . Comfort working in a professional, fast-paced team office. High attention to detail with comfortable computer and data-entry literacy. Willingness to learn how to navigate carrier quoting systems and master the HawkSoft AMS. A Michigan Property & Casualty (P&C) license is preferred, but not nessecary or a willingness to obtain it shortly after hiring (we provide study and licensing support).
