Job Description

Lifetime Veterinary Care is seeking an upbeat, highly organized, part-time Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our clinic! We are a tight-knit, privately owned, two doctor
AND GROWING
companion animal practice. We are deeply committed to the most caring, comprehensive care, as well as empowering pet owners through education and building strong, trusting relationships. This starts with this position as our first point of contact to bring positive energy, and this important team member must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks without sacrificing accuracy is essential to this role. Responsibilities included but not limited to: Greet clients promptly and professionally when they enter the practice Check clients in and out, take payments according to practice policy Schedule appointments, reminder calls, manage cancellations, and follow-ups Triage phone calls and route appropriately Manage email and online communication from clients and referring veterinarians Process prescription refill requests and route to the appropriate veterinarian for approval Accurately enter and update client and patient information Provide accurate information on services, pricing, hours, and policies Support pet owners during emotionally difficult moments such as critical illness, surgery, or loss Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized lobby and reception area Candidates must have: Desire to provide exceptional customer service and patient care Strong written and verbal communications skills with clients and team members Dependable attendance Ability to work both independently and be a part of a team Self-motivated and positive attitude 1 year of veterinary clinic experience Please include a cover letter, resume and references.

From $16.00 per hour
