We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a leading healthcare services organization supporting pharmacy benefit management operations. What You'll Do Handle inbound customer calls in a high-volume call center environment Answer questions regarding prior authorizations, prescription benefits, and general healthcare inquiries Accurately document customer interactions and update information across multiple systems Research and resolve customer concerns while maintaining confidentiality Make occasional follow-up calls to provide updates or additional information Maintain quality and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment Manage approximately 50-100 calls per day depending on call complexity Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience Strong customer service and communication skills Previous healthcare, medical, pharmacy, insurance, or benefits experience highly preferred Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously Typing speed of at least 30 WPM Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Stable work history with strong tenure Training & ScheduleTraining Monday-Friday 10:00 AM
- 6:30 PM EST 4-week paid training program Work Schedule Must be available between 5:00 AM
- 10:00 PM, 7 days per week A set schedule will be assigned within those operating hours Mandatory overtime required during January and February Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00
