Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MI.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21. 00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
available for this temporary role may include the following:
- must have availability 7 days a week between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM
- and be able to work
- five 8-hour shifts per week
- based on business needs.
- Handle inbound customer calls and follow-up communications.
- Answer questions regarding prior authorizations and general inquiries.
- Accurately enter and update customer information across multiple systems.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive customer information.
- Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication.
- Document customer interactions and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Meet quality and accuracy standards in a high-volume call center environment.
- Manage approximately 50 to 100 calls per day, depending on call complexity. Required Qualifications
- Minimum
- 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience
- within the last 2 to 3 years.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Typing speed of
- at least 30 WPM
