The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our technology specialists come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You don't have to have automotive experience to be successful but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Educating customers about Ford's exciting and cutting-edge new vehicle technologies Demonstrating and assisting customers in setting up and using
SYNC, SYNC 3, SYNC
4 and SYNC AppLink Demonstrating and assisting customers in setting up and using the FordPass App Demonstrating and assisting customers in setting up Navigation Systems Responding to customer support requests via e-mail and phone Making outbound follow up phone calls to customers Various other responsibilities Job Requirements Must be tech savvy - the kind of person that picks up new technology quickly and can explain it to others While IT, computer network and PC Support experience are not requirements for this job, those additional skills would be beneficial and given consideration toward level of pay Prior experience in customer service - must be comfortable interacting with customers Experience with a variety of cell phones, apps, MP3 players and streaming services, navigation systems, etc. is strongly preferred Good driving record is required Must hold a valid driver's license Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
