As a Call Center Agent
- Medical, you will play a key role in shaping the patient experience.
You'll be the first point of contact for patients across our 16+ office locations and will help guide them to the care they need with empathy, precision, and professionalism. What You'll Do Promptly answer incoming calls from patients for all clinic locations with courtesy and professionalism Triage clinical calls by asking the right questions and accurately documenting symptoms and concerns Uncover the true reason for the call through branching questions and active listening Schedule appointments based on physician availability, patient symptoms, and established protocols Accurately document patient requests and call details in the electronic medical record (EMR) Maintain efficient call control to meet individual and team call volume goals Collaborate with coworkers to ensure seamless patient service and workflow coordination Stay up to date on 16+ site protocols and over 50 provider schedules to deliver accurate information Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the Call Center Manager What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED (required At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare or high-volume call center environment Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Familiarity with AthenaOne EMR system (preferred) Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a strong work ethic What We Offer Competitive hourly pay starting at $17.00+ based on experience Comprehensive benefits package, including: 401(k) with company match Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Life and Disability insurance Paid time off and holidays On-the-job training and professional development opportunities A supportive, collaborative work environment where your contribution matters Make a Real Difference Join a team that values compassion, teamwork, and excellence in patient care.
