We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Saginaw, Michigan. In this role, you will be the primary link between our internal operations and our valued clients, ensuring that every order and inquiry is handled with precision. Ideal candidates should be pros in working with MS Excel, from organization skills to VLookups.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Location:
Saginaw, MI (This is NOT a remote position; daily in-person reporting is required).
Pay:
$18-20/hr, depending on experience. ...
Responsibilities:
This is an on-site role where you will manage the heartbeat of our customer transactions. Monitor and respond to customer emails with professionalism and timeliness. Accurately process invoices, monitor backorder reports, and prepare customer quotes. Manage transactions within procurement platforms and maintain precise customer account records. Process Document Change Requests (DCR) within our
ISO 13485
2016 Quality Management System.
Skills:
A background in customer service and logistics is helpful.
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service or support experience (experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience working with ERP systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with coworkers and clients. The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
