Prolonged sitting at counter height (36") chairs and tables.

(for the shoe)Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewearAbility to work a full time schedule

Game Show Hosts:

the ability to wear 2" + heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time.
