Job Description

RN Clinical Manager — Interventional Radiology OBL (Operations Lead) Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-performing Interventional Radiology OBL. We're seeking an operationally strong nurse leader who can run schedules, build teams, improve throughput, and ensure a great patient and physician experience. Working knowledge of RN-administered moderate sedation is expected; Master's preferred. What You'll Do
  • Own daily operations: schedules, room utilization, turnover, recovery flow.
  • Hire, coach, and schedule clinical staff; maintain competency and skill mix.
  • Drive quality/safety readiness (CMS/AAAHC/state), drills, and corrective actions.
  • Improve access and patient experience; reduce cancellations and no-shows.
  • Manage labor and supplies to volume; partner with RCM on charge capture.
  • Collaborate with physicians; support case mix growth and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure staff competency in moderate sedation (assessment, monitoring, recovery). What You Bring
  • Active RN license; current
BLS & ACLS.
  • 5+ years RN experience in IR, Cath Lab, critical care, or ED.
  • 2+ years leadership (charge/lead/supervisor) with measurable outcomes.
  • Comfort with EMR documentation and basic KPI tracking.
Preferred:
MSN/MHA/MBA
; outpatient OBL/ASC leadership; Lean/process improvement. Schedule & Setting
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday with early first cases; limited after-hours add-ons as needed.
