Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and courteously at the front desk, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and callers Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Handle data entry tasks with precision using computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and record keeping Assist with office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and calendar management Provide outstanding customer support by answering inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times Support clerical functions including filing, document organization, and maintaining office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve overall office efficiency Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Exceptional phone etiquette skills combined with experience managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively Previous office experience including front desk management or administrative support is preferred Demonstrated clerical experience such as data entry, proofreading, filing, and calendar management Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Personal assistant or office management experience that showcases reliability and professionalism Join us as a Customer Service Representative where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
