Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

Customer Loading Assistants are key to our success for our busy retail stores. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills by consistently exceeding our customers' expectations of retail service. This position allows for multi-tasking on many different projects; however, the primary focus is loading customer vehicles after a purchase. Maintaining product, presentation and customer service in the outdoor Nursery lot. Other duties include stocking shelves and benches with product, unloading delivery trucks, retrieving carts from the parking lots, assisting customers with their questions and maintaining a clean work environment. •Ideal candidate will be able to obtain a Chauffeurs Permit and complete deliveries in a Floral Van and Box Truck, as needed.

Must be able to:

Stand and walk up to 8 hours per day Lift up to 50 pounds Adjust to seasonal temperature Work on weekends Must pass criminal background check Maneuver racks and pallet jacks
