Customer Service Representative Job Summary:

The UPS Store at 6311 Haggerty, West Bloomfield is seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative

FULL TIME

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, excellent spelling, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Experience with Microsoft Office and POS system. Experience with Adobe Suite is a plus but not required. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 8 hours, and rotate shifts, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner Provide accurate product/service information and resolve any issues or complaints Maintain customer records and document interactions Provide a positive customer experience while ensuring satisfaction Assist with administrative tasks as needed Use Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for customer-related tasks Lift up to 50 lbs, as required by the role Rotate shifts as needed, working 7 days a week (schedule flexibility required)

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience Strong typing skills with high attention to detail (minimum 50 WPM) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with accurate spelling Notary or experience in related field ( highly preferred ) Friendly, approachable, and able to work well in a team Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to rotate shifts and work weekends (flexibility required)
