You will be our client's first point of contact for our busy office. Each day you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as needed. Salary Range:

Great Customer Service Skills. Problem-Solving Capabilities. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required . No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Process customer policy change requests. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. Document each customer contact in eAgent. Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Take premium payments from customers. Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring. Return all phone messages promptly. Generating insurance quotes. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Be outstanding at relationship building. Develop and maintain client relationships. Provide customers with additional information about new products and services. Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
