Experience Requirements Previous customer service, call center, administrative support, or office experience preferred Strong computer, data entry, and organizational skills Experience handling inbound and outbound calls is a plus Job Duties Serve as a Client Experience Specialist by providing exceptional customer care to homeowners throughout the restoration process Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to clients, vendors, and insurance adjusters Enter, update, and maintain accurate job information within company software systems Provide customer support by explaining services, timelines, project updates, and next steps Assist with claims support activities, including coordinating paperwork between clients, insurance carriers, and field crews Follow up with leads and clients to maintain strong client relations and ensure projects stay on schedule Support daily office operations and administrative tasks in a fast-paced team environment Physical Capabilities Primarily office-based position Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. What You Will Do As a Client Experience Specialist you will connect with customers through inbound or outbound calls, ask questions to understand their needs, explain products and services, recommend appropriate solutions, respond to questions and objections, identify additional sales opportunities, process orders or applications, document customer interactions, follow up with prospects or existing customers, and work toward individual and team sales goals while providing a professional customer experience.
