Pay:

- 7 paid holidays annually The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary contact for supporting commercial and industrial clients within GFL's Environmental Services division.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional customer service via phone, email, web, or in-person. Handle incoming/outgoing calls and resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Track customer data, enter information into system databases, and maintain account files. Coordinate with operations, sales, and field staff to communicate instructions and resolve service issues. Process payments, web requests, residential subscriptions, and customer refunds. Perform administrative tasks including credit checks, contract scanning, and account setups/cancellations. Maintain an organized workspace, assist office visitors, and adhere to company policies and regulations.Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Two (2) to five (5) years of customer service experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to implement solutions to general and specific customer concerns.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, meet time deadlines and perform under pressure.
- Possess good organizational skills and record keeping skills.
- Possess ability to speak and communicate effectively with customers and employees both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good problem solving ability.
- Excellent data entry skills.
Physical/Mental Demands:
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, use hands and fingers, talk and hear.
Visual Requirements:
include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Working Conditions:
- Work in indoor office environment 95% of the time.
- Noise level is usually moderate.
