This is a great entry point into the service department for someone we can train and develop to eventually grow into a Service Advisor role. You'll work closely with our advisors, learning the ins and outs of the service process while providing hands-on support to keep the department running smoothly. Compensation $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Responsibilities Assist Service Advisors with writing service repair orders Take customer payments for service Sign out and manage rental vehicles for service customers Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate team member Support Service Advisors with day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks Learn dealership service processes and systems in preparation for advancement into a Service Advisor role Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
