Job Description
The Customer Service Banker is responsible for providing superior customer service in person and on the phone to assist our customers with their banking needs. This role will promote Bank products and services, referring customers to appropriate departments, as necessary. The Customer Service Banker assists with the Teller line, helps customers with maintenance related items and works with the Operations team on requests. This role will ensure adherence to all Bank policies, procedures, internal controls, and compliance.
