Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with food preparation, handle transactions, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests. Your culinary experience and familiarity with POS systems will be invaluable as you engage with customers and support our food service operations. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs promptly and professionally. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and service stations through regular bussing and sanitation practices. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies regarding cash handling. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting. Engage in basic math tasks related to retail math for accurate order processing and inventory management. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age
