About Aviben Aviben is a third-party administrator specializing in employee benefit plans, including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), COBRA administration, and retirement plan administration. What You'll Do As an Evening Client Services Representative, your responsibilities will include: Responding to participant emails and general inquiries Processing claim forms and other account paperwork Researching participant questions and resolving routine issues Answering incoming phone calls from participants Supporting the daytime service team with administrative tasks Learning and applying plan rules and company procedures Providing courteous, professional customer service while maintaining confidentiality We are looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, is comfortable multitasking, and takes pride in producing accurate work. Compensation Starting Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits Part-time employees may be eligible for certain company benefits based on hours worked and company policy. Work Location This position is based in our Cambridge, Minnesota office and is not remote or hybrid.
