Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable individual to support our customers within our manufacturing operation. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is key. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person Enter and manage orders, returns, and exchanges Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on open issues Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and active listening skills High attention to detail and data accuracy Patience, empathy, and professional demeanor Computer literacy; CRM or ERP familiarity a plus Prior experience in manufacturing customer service is beneficial
