Overview Be the first point of contact for the WE Fest team. Welcome and support hundreds of returning and new crew members, ensuring everyone is prepared and ready for a successful festival. Key Responsibilities Manage the Employee CheckIn area Verify identification and ensure all required paperwork is completed and documented Distribute working wristbands, parking passes, camping credentials, and staff Tshirt Process sales for "buddy" music and camping passes Assist staff with schedules, directions, and general questions. Provide ongoing support to staff throughout the festival. Skills & Qualifications Strong computer and administrative skills High attention to detail and accuracy Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor Strong customer service and communication skills Schedule & Shifts Friday, July 31st: Office set-up (Start date) Saturday, Aug 1st: 9:00 am

• 9:00 pm (Core employment department shifts)

Transition Note:

There is an option to transition to other roles starting Tuesday, Aug 4th through Thursday, Aug 6th.
