AT&T Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging, face-to-face sales presentations to introduce AT&T products and services to new and existing customers in a retail environment Proactively engage with customers to discuss wireless devices, service plans, and current promotional offers Assist customers with service activations, upgrades, and account updates while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace for customers and team members Recommend AT&T solutions based on each customer's lifestyle, usage habits, and budget Participate in weekly Customer Experience Associate- AT&T training sessions to stay up to date on products, pricing, and promotions Customer Experience Associate
AT&T Qualifications:
Professional, confident, and customer-focused attitude Strong interpersonal and communication skills Previous Customer Experience Associate- AT&T experience is a plus but not required Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred Willingness to learn product knowledge and continue developing professionally
