GED Full Job Description Job Overview:
Responsible for ensuring our customers' requirements and expectations are met and exceeded by collaborating with and supporting the sales teams.
Primary Job Duties:
Processing orders accurately Checking data accuracy in orders and updating as needed Collate and distribute unsolicited requests for quotes (RFQ's) Responsible for handling telephone/email quotes, generally and in support of the outside sales team as required Maintain sales order due dates Input brokered repair quotes and obtain approvals from customers Ensuring sales orders are fulfilled promptly and on time to the customer Construction of data/records packages for distribution with input from technical director Follow up on open orders as needed Gather market intel and ensure accurate entry into our inventory management system Review safety data sheets for chemical products and keep updated
Secondary Job Duties:
Actively participate and take minutes during team meetings On-call rotation as required Prepare sales forecasts and other sales data and documentation as required Provide support, as may be required, to other sales team members to secure business opportunities in other territories Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Previous inside sales and/or customer service experience Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office products Previous aviation experience a plus Jobs Reporting to this

Physical Demands:
