Job Summary The UPS Store in Faribault is seeking a dedicated, customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to customers, handle shipping and receiving transactions, and assist with a variety of logistics needs. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner. Handle package shipping, receiving, and tracking inquiries efficiently. Provide accurate information about The UPS Store's products, services, and pricing. Process shipments and ensure compliance with shipping regulations. Operate point-of-sale systems and accurately handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions. Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely, courteous way. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Assist with stocking and inventory management of shipping and office supplies. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Previous customer service or retail experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with point-of-sale systems. Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs . Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Notary Public certification preferred but not required.
