Our Operations Dispatch Coordinators are responsible for orchestrating the daily movement of technicians, communicating with customers, solving scheduling challenges, coordinating sold work, managing warranty calls, reviewing invoices, and making real-time operational decisions that keep our business running efficiently. What You'll Do As one of our Operations Dispatch Coordinators, you'll own the execution of the daily service schedule from the moment a customer books an appointment until the work is complete. Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include: Schedule & Dispatch Operations Schedule and dispatch HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical technicians Optimize technician routes throughout the day Balance emergency calls, maintenance, sold work, callbacks, warranty calls, and estimates Fill schedule gaps and maximize technician productivity Coordinate same-day opportunities Make real-time scheduling decisions as conditions change Customer Communication Keep customers informed about technician arrival times and scheduling updates Coordinate follow-up appointments Schedule callbacks and warranty visits Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction Operational Coordination Monitor technician progress throughout the day Coordinate with Service Managers, Sales, Warehouse, Accounting, and the Call Center Assist with workload planning during busy seasons Identify operational issues before they become customer problems Administrative Responsibilities Review invoices for accuracy Recreate sold jobs in ServiceTitan Coordinate warranty documentation Process rebate paperwork Maintain accurate operational records Ensure jobs move smoothly through every stage of completion What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Loves solving problems Can think several steps ahead Stays calm under pressure Enjoys multitasking Communicates confidently with customers and teammates Takes ownership of their work Pays close attention to details Wants to continuously improve Home service experience is helpful—but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are even more important. Preferred Qualifications Dispatching or scheduling experience Customer service experience Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, or Home Services ServiceTitan experience (preferred but not required) Strong computer skills Microsoft Office proficiency What We Offer We believe taking care of our employees allows them to take better care of our customers.
