Saxon Auto Group is a local, family-owned automotive dealership looking for a full time Customer Service Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will offer a variety of duties from assisting customers to assisting the administrative office.

Responsibilities:

Handle cashier responsibilities for the Service and Parts Departments. Assist with the managing of rental vehicle fleet. Promote and redeem Ford sponsored programs. Assist the Service Team with repair order handling. Assist with the scheduling and training of part time team. Handle filing and/or scanning of paperwork for the dealership. Assist departments with special projects.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma Customer Service Experience Must be dependable and reliable Computer experience with MS Work and Excel preferred.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm

Compensation:

Competitively based on experience.
