Overview We are seeking a energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems and email. Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing clients efficiently. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel spreadsheets, to document interactions, update client records, and perform data entry tasks. Support office management functions such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and utilizing a management system. Assist with clerical duties like organizing files, sending out mail, and maintaining office supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues while demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles within an office environment. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, spreadsheets, data entry, and productivity software. Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner; bilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management tools such as calendar software or management systems. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
