Job Description

Walser Automotive Group is hiring a BDC Representative to support our one-price, customer-first sales model. In this role, you'll manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to schedule test drives and service appointments, answer basic product questions, and ensure every lead receives prompt, friendly follow-up. You'll accurately enter and track customer data in our CRM, partner closely with sales and service teams, and follow structured workflows to deliver a consistent, transparent experience. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts with prospective and existing customers Schedule sales and service appointments and confirm customer details Accurately record and update customer and lead information in the CRM system Follow up on internet and phone leads within defined timelines Provide basic vehicle, pricing, and service information to customers Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth handoffs Track and report on lead status, appointments, and key performance metrics Follow standardized scripts and workflows to ensure consistent customer experience Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor in all customer interactions Support continuous improvement of processes and customer communications Required Skills CRM software usage Data entry and lead management Inbound and outbound call handling Email and SMS communication Appointment scheduling Basic sales support Customer service techniques Time management MS Office or Google Workspace Reporting and tracking of KPIs
