Job Description
Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Residential Plumbing & HVAC Twin Cities Metro Do you love helping people and creating a great customer experience from start to finish? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who goes beyond answering phones; someone who builds trust with customers, follows through, and ensures every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, staying organized, and proactively following up to make sure no opportunity (or customer) falls through the cracks. -What You'll Do- Be the first point of contact for customers: answering calls with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset Schedule service appointments and ensure a smooth, stress-free experience for every customer Follow up after service visits to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and strengthen customer relationships Make outbound calls to unsold estimates, pending work, and past customers to help them move forward with service Keep customers informed throughout the service process and provide updates as needed Maintain accurate records and notes in our service software Assist with dispatching and coordination as needed (this is a smaller portion of the role) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) + bonus opportunities tied to performance Paid vacation and sick time Medical insurance with HSA option 401(k) plan Supportive, team-oriented work environment Stable, year-round employment with a trusted local company Opportunities for growth into advanced customer experience or sales roles What You Bring 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing or office role (call center, CSR, or inside sales experience is a plus) Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help people Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus, but not required Ready to Join the Team?
