We're Hiring! Join the Thielen Motors Team! Looking for a part-time opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time career with benefits? We'd love to meet you! Thielen Motors is hiring for a General Office person to join our team.

What You'll Do:

Answer inbound & outbound customer calls Schedule appointments for our sales team Provide outstanding customer service Data entry, filing & general office support Follow up with current and prospective customers Manage customer information in our CRM Conduct customer satisfaction (CSI) calls and emails Help generate sales opportunities for our dealership

What We're Looking For:

Customer service experience Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel) Data entry experience Comfortable making and receiving phone calls Positive attitude and willingness to learn BDC experience is a plus—but not required! We'll provide training for the right candidate. This position starts as part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.
