Job Overview:
In this position you are the main point of contact for clients. You support two Financial Advisors by ensuring seamless execution of client services while helping maintain strong, long-term client relationships Client Management
- answer and respond to client inquiries and account requests, schedule client meetings and keep CRM updated with meeting notes, addresses, etc. Process Documents
- new accounts, beneficiary updates, money movement processing and tracking. Handle mail and FedEx envelopes. Compliance
- maintain records to ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards.
General maintenance of client files, both electronic and paper. Handle sensitive information carefully and discreetly.
Key Responsibilities:
First point of contact for client calls and requests. Open new accounts and process transfers, account updates and general client requests. Track outstanding paperwork and forms to ensure everything necessary is completed. Handle money movements, checks received, distributions, contributions and rollovers. Keep the CRM updated with meeting notes, phone calls, general logging of client contacts. Schedule client meetings and follow-up. Help to manage workflow to ensure client requests have been completed. Troubleshoot problems as they arise.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Prefer active Series 7 and Series 63/66 licenses. If not, previous experience in financial services and the ability to obtain licenses within 6 months. 3+ years of client service experience in financial services. The ability to follow processes, as well as recognizing where and how a process can be improved. Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM. Organizational skills are very important. You must be able to follow and track things from start to finish. Excellent client-service and strong communication skills, both written and verbal. It is essential that you can communicate professionally with all clients, including high-net worth clients.
