We're currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to help us build and scale a high-performing manufacturing operation from the ground up.POSITION OVERVIEW
This role serves as the primary point of contact for Flamingo Marine, delivering exceptional service and support to our boat owners and dealer network. The Customer Service Representative acts as the crucial link between incoming customer needs and internal service operations, managing multi-channel communications, processing parts orders, troubleshooting initial service inquiries, tracking service tickets, and coordinating field repair schedules.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Communications:
Serve as the primary point of contact via phone, email, and live chat, delivering prompt, professional, and courteous service.Call & Ticket Routing:
Assess incoming inquiries and efficiently direct calls and messages to the appropriate departments or personnel.Order Processing:
Receive, input, and accurately process incoming parts orders through the system, keeping customers informed on order status.Ticket Management:
Track customer service tickets from initial intake through final resolution to ensure timely follow-up and completion.Field Repair Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate field repairs with technicians, service managers, and network partners as necessary.Technical Assistance & Troubleshooting:
Assist customers and dealers over incoming channels with basic technical troubleshooting and operational guidance within scope of knowledge.
Departmental Support:
Work closely with the Service Manager and internal teams to maintain detailed records of service activities and customer communications.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service, order entry, or service coordination experience; experience in marine, powersports, automotive, or manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize incoming inquiries, and manage schedules and order workflows concurrently.
- Proficiency with standard office software, ticketing systems, and order management/ERP software.
