Service Writer

Work with customers for repairs and maintenance, track orders, and adhere to safety policies and procedures. Coordinate work flow, keep productivity at a high level and projects on schedule. Enter customer invoices and vendor invoices in Quick Books and Kona. Order parts for customer projects, stock and maintain inventory, schedule employees according to work flow, hire and train employees for repair shop. Maintain and track maintenance for company vehicles. Capable of handling a variety of tasks as well as bein an expert on the products, services and merchandise offered.

Work Days:

Weekdays, some Saturdays. Hours vary to accommodate work flow.

Requirements:

Capable of lifting and carrying heavy objects (20-50 lbs), occasionally work in drafty, noisy conditions. Work conditions may be dirty or greasy and require outside work.

Required Skills:

Computer Knowledge. Quick Books experience, or ability to learn. Diesel Mechanic Knowledge. DOT Compliance Knowledge. Must be self-motivated and punctual. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills. Education and/or

Experience:

Two years related experience and/or training.
