Guest Service Representative/ Front Desk Agent

The Holiday Inn Express and Suites of Worthington, MN is currently hiring a guest service representative. We prefer for applicant to have flexible hours, as the hours of shift may vary.

The responsibilities include:

1) Being friendly and focused on customer service 2) Being a team player working with other members of our team as well as other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance. 3) Being detailed oriented with accuracy of checking guests in and out and making reservations over the phone, as well as being accurate with billing details. 4) Being able to multi-task with completing checklists, cleaning, folding laundry, and fulfilling guest requests. 5) Being able to use all functions of our key system, as well as reservation system. They are both computer systems so computer skills are preferred.

Required education:

High school or equivalent
