Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. Your enthusiasm for automotive repair and excellent customer service skills will help drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs to facilitate effective service planning Assist Service Advisors with estimating vehicle repairs using estimating software, ensuring transparency and clarity for customers Support technicians by providing detailed descriptions of vehicle issues, including automotive diagnostics, transmissions, suspension, brake repair, tire service, shocks & struts, oil changes, air brake systems, and other mechanical repairs Promote upselling of additional services or maintenance that align with customer needs to enhance vehicle longevity and safety Manage service writing tasks efficiently, including preparing repair orders and updating customer records with accurate information Communicate clearly with service advisors Skills Familiarity with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools Proven ability in auto estimating, service writing, and collision repair processes Excellent client communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Experience in dealership environments is highly regarded Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive company vehicles when required Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care by combining your technical expertise with outstanding customer engagement.
