DOE. About DSport Graphics DSport Graphics is a family-owned custom apparel, embroidery, screen-print, and sign shop serving schools, teams, businesses, and organizations in mid-Missouri. We live in DecoNetwork and supplier catalogs every day. We need a sharp, friendly person who can quote bulk and specialty apparel orders accurately, keep details straight, and help customers leave happier than they arrived. What you will do

• Be the first point of contact for walk-ins, phone, email, and DecoNetwork store orders.
• Build accurate quotes and take orders for bulk apparel, spirit wear, and specialty garments.
• Multitask and stay organized with many orders and quotes in different stages at the same time. This is a fast-paced role in a fast-paced, competitive industry.
• Work daily inside DecoNetwork and supplier platforms (SanMar, S&S Activewear, and similar catalogs) to check stock, colors, price breaks, and decoration methods.
• Research garments and supplier catalogs so customers get the right item at the right price.
• Coordinate art proofs and approvals with the design/production team; catch mistakes before they hit the floor.
• Track order status, call or email customers when jobs are ready, and handle simple changes without dropping details.
• Help with invoicing and collecting payment as needed.
• Jump in on light shop help during rushes (folding, packing, checking counts) when the team needs it. Who we are looking for We need someone who already has the customer-service and detail habits — we can teach our specific products and systems.

• Experience:

  2-5 years of customer service, inside sales, or order-writing experience. Print shop, embroidery, school spirit wear, or apparel retail is a strong plus — not required.

• Quoting:

  Comfortable quoting from catalogs and price lists; not afraid of bulk orders, color/size runs, or specialty items.

• Systems:

  Daily computer work. DecoNetwork, Shopify-style storefronts, or other sales/order platforms is a big plus. Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) is preferable.
• Product sense: Likes clothing and garments enough to enjoy hunting the right blank in a supplier catalog.

• Temperament:

  Friendly, organized, and quick on your feet. You can juggle many quotes and orders at once without dropping details. You notice a wrong size, a missing color, or a due-date conflict before the customer does.
• Nice to have: Any experience building or maintaining simple websites / online stores is helpful, not required.

Basics:

High school diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation to the Columbia shop. What this is not This is not a production-manager, graphic-designer, or outside-sales territory job.
