Job Description

Position Summary:
Responsible for processing incoming orders in an accurate and timely manner. Supporting team members in any task that may need to be completed daily.
Essential Functions:
Computer Skills- Working on a computer using different systems and hardware to enter data and process information, as well as communicating via email clearly to customers and internal team members. Multi-Tasking- Working with multiple screens, systems, and being able to talk on the phone, reply to emails, as well as process orders efficiently. Support Staff- Being a support staff to account executives and customer service reps and helping them with daily orders, filing, organizing daily. Meeting daily production goals with processing orders efficiently. Communicating well with others, customers, and team member. Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
Must have a positive work attitude and etiquette. Must have basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Outlook Express. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be detail oriented and quality minded. Must be able to work independently as well as with a team. Must have excellent organization skills and the ability to multi task. Some sitting, standing, walking, lifting (over 75 lbs.), bending, twisting, reaching, stretching, pushing, and pulling required.
