Clean driving record is a must, no points, accidents or DUIs. No criminal record and ability to pass a 7 year background check and a drug screen. Previous experience and/or route driving experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Manage day to day operations, sales and route management. Performing on-site shredding of confidential information using mobile shredding equipment. Safely operate shredding equipment and trucks. Effectively complete 8-10 hour routes consisting of 20-40 stops. Perform routine daily maintenance of shredding equipment and truck. Requirements Must be at least 21 years old. Excellent physical condition; must be able to lift material between 50-80 pounds continuously. Ability to withstand the physically strenuous demands of lifting, pulling and managing heavy equipment and objects. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail.
