As our Veterinary Receptionist, you'll be the smiling face and friendly voice that welcomes clients and their pets. You'll be the first point of contact, making every visit feel smooth, organized, and stress-free for both humans and animals alike.What You'll Do:
Greet clients and their pets with warmth, empathy, and a genuine smile Schedule appointments and manage our busy clinic calendar Answer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally Keep client records up-to-date, including medical history and insurance details Assist with check-in and check-out, including payment processing Share helpful information about our services, products, and procedures Keep the reception area tidy, welcoming, and pet friendly Work closely with our veterinary team to keep the clinic running smoothlyWhat We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills A natural ability to deliver top notch customer service with professionalism and kindness Familiarity with animal care is a plus (pet grooming, dog training, equine care, animal husbandry, or pet care experience) Bonus points for knowledge of lab procedures or veterinary critical care Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while staying detail oriented Basic computer skills for scheduling, records, and payment processingWhy You'll Love Working Here:
