About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving/Customer Service Specialist to join our dental lab team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication between our clients and technicians while helping manage the flow of cases through the lab. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist dental office clients with case-related questions Enter and track cases accurately within the lab system Assist with unboxing incoming cases and boxing/invoicing outgoing cases Coordinate directly with lab technicians to ensure cases are completed accurately and on time Communicate updates, timelines, and case details clearly with clients Support overall workflow to keep lab operations efficient and organized Qualifications Prior dental knowledge required Experience in a dental office front desk or similar role is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Able to be on your feet for a long portion of the day Strong computer skills and typing proficiency Benefits We offer a competitive benefits package, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Closed the week between Christmas and New Year's Work Schedule 4-day work week 10-hour shifts for better work-life balance Why Join Us?
