Perform on-site assessments, debridements, and treatments for wound management. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans. Accurately document visits and monitor patient progress. Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention. Ensure compliance with regulations and stay current with wound care innovations. Travel to New Orleans for training and work independently with a flexible schedule. Qualifications include active NP licenses in Missouri (and Illinois preferred), strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Wound care experience is a plus but not required.
