Louis's number one independently owned and operated furniture store for over 6 decades is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist at our Maryland Heights location. Good communication skills and friendly, upbeat personality required to help our customers (mostly on the phone) with any issues that may arise during or after delivery of their furniture. Job Duties include determining the right course of action in each particular situation, setting service calls, exchanges, etc. There is a lot of detailed work and follow through involved in this position. Our customer support specialists correspond regularly with salespeople, sales managers, delivery drivers, and furniture repairmen. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday 2 weeks per month and Monday-Friday 2 weeks per month. It will also an option to have Tues-Sat schedule every week.
