As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our team by ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently with minimal assistance. Your expertise will help us develop a steady customer base, and your proactive approach will see you making impactful in-person sales calls. Roles and Responsibilities Plans territory/account approach and manages own resources Assists in training new team members Assists in creating account development plans Performs inventory management for customer-specific material Communicates with operations team and may serve as a production meeting representative Occasional face-to-face customer interaction and moderate authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice Requirements High School diploma required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred 3-5 years prior sales or industry experience preferred Solid understanding of product offerings, ERP systems, and markets served General understanding of metal processes and products Proficient in MS Office Minimal travel required.
