Responsibilities:

Utilize company systems effectively for inventory records, project invoicing, and catalog updates Process information for general in store reporting Greeting clients, educating them on products, and assisting them with design needs. Working with clients to select products and schedule appointments. Process client intake information, establish records and take detailed notes for the sales & estimating team. Process job notes received from estimators. Completing proposals, bids, and sales orders for clients. Processing payments received from clients Building and retaining client relationships from inception to project completion. General cleaning and upkeep of company showrooms. Product merchandising Engaging in continual education to improve knowledge of industry products and practices. Material handling, including the use of pallet jacks and forklifts.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills. Customer service experience of some variety is a must. Possess an overall positive attitude and outlook Effective time management and organization skills. Disciplined outlook toward company policies and procedures Basic knowledge of floor covering products (carpet, hardwood, vinyl, laminate and tile) is a strong benefit, but is not required as on the job training is provided.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
