10:00 AM-7:00 PM Position Overview In this role, your number one priority is ensuring every customer feels valued, supported, and completely satisfied with their experience. As the first point of contact, you'll answer questions, provide guidance, and help customers explore musical instruments and gear. While sales are an important part of the role, delivering an exceptional customer experience is the primary focus. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer concerns using company policies, procedures, and product knowledge. Build rapport through strong communication and active listening. Understand customer needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions. Strive for first-call resolution and exceptional follow-through. Sales & Revenue Support Support sales goals through outstanding customer service and product knowledge. Recommend products that enhance the customer's musical experience. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Product Knowledge Learn their products - instruments, gear, and accessories. Stay current on new products, promotions, and industry trends. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities. Digital Engagement Use digital communication tools to assist customers. Accurately document customer interactions in Salesforce and OMS. Team Collaboration Work closely with teammates to share knowledge and improve the customer experience. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace. Qualifications Comfortable using computers and digital communication tools. Education or experience in Music Technology, Audio Production, or Music Business is helpful but not required. Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience-especially in the music industry-is a plus.
