Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by answering client questions and addressing policy needs Process policy updates, billing, and payments accurately and efficiently Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up to ensure a smooth experience Support agency producers with quoting, documentation, and administrative tasks Deliver a professional and positive client experience with every interaction Qualifications Previous customer service and insurance experience is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset and self motivated.
