Job Description

Customer Service Lead Job Summary The Customer Service Lead ensures exceptional customer service through coaching and leading by example. The Customer Service Lead exercises excellent judgement in handling various situations. This position includes overseeing handling bank transfers, assisting with online accounts, completing transactions, and answering banking or financial related questions.
Primary Location/Schedule:
3050 S. Delaware Ave., Springfield, MO 65804
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 6:00 pm; Alternating Saturdays 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Full-time:
40 hours per week average
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, or combination of education and relevant experience Two or more years of retail banking experience preferred A minimum of one year of clerical and customer service experience required Two or more years of team leadership experience preferred Excellent customer service and strong communication skills Strong mathematical, problem-solving and computer skills Basic knowledge of banking operations preferred Effective multi-tasking and organizational skills Willingness to proactively cross-sell bank products & services
