Duties Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and retail sales channels, to promote insurance products. Conduct thorough client needs analysis to recommend suitable health, life, property, casualty, and commercial insurance policies. Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure favorable agreements that meet their individual requirements. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing ongoing support, benefits administration, and personalized service. Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details accurately. Requirements Valid license as an Insurance Producer with knowledge of insurance regulation standards. Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry. Demonstrated customer service expertise with a focus on client communication and relationship building.
