Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and engaging with customers to enhance their shopping experience. You will be responsible for demonstrating product features, assisting with sales, and ensuring that our store remains well-stocked and organized. Wireless Wizard has three locations in the metro area: Flowood, Ridgeland & Madison. Employees will work at all locations throughout the month. After the probationary period, commission is offered. The base pay is $12 an hour. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. Utilize effective upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Manage stock levels, ensuring that products are well-displayed and readily available for customers. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for processing transactions. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is presented attractively. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory needs and customer feedback. Requirements Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
